Job Details Position Title :

Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LPC) (Must be a CT resident and licensed to practice in CT)

Remote Hours :

Part Time or Full Time (15 to 30 billable hours)

Salary Range :

Prelicensure $45-75 per hour depending on licensure and/or experience

LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, LPC

Must reside in Connecticut Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently Commitment to trauma‑informed, culturally responsive care Excellent verbal and written communication Ability to maintain boundaries, documentation, and professional ethics Preferred (not required): Experience with EMDR, IFS, somatic therapy, TF‑CBT, or other integrative modalities Experience with teens, couples, or family systems Interest in growing a specialty area At Create Space Wellness Services, we blend compassionate care with transformative healing.
