A current or pending New Mexico independent license is required. Applicants without NM licensure (active or pending) will not be considered at this time. We are thoughtfully expanding and adding a limited number of full-time clinicians to our practice this season. Full-time at Integrition is 26+ sessions/week plus one weekly paid meeting. If you want long-term stability in a supportive group practice, we want you! We strongly encourage full-time clinicians (26+ clinical sessions per week) to apply. Part-time applicants will be considered, but priority will be given to therapists seeking long-term, full-time employment. This is a W-2 position offering competitive per-clinical-hour pay, benefits, bonuses, flexibility, and a truly therapist-centered work culture. Licensure Requirement (Please Read Carefully) You must have an active or pending independent New Mexico license (LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT). If you hold a license in another state, you must apply for New Mexico licensure through the New Mexico Regulation and Licensing Department (RLD) before applying. The board will determine eligibility for expedited licensure or reciprocity. We are not hiring provisionally licensed or mid-level clinicians at this time. 100% telehealth or hybrid

Employment Type:

W-2 employee Compensation $50 per clinical hour (W-2) +$3 per clinical hour monthly bonus when 95% of notes are completed within 48 hours +$10 per clinical hour for Medicaid sessions on federal holidays and weekends $40 per clinical hour for paid no-shows $25 per clock hour for required meetings and approved community service Biweekly payroll (direct deposit). Qualifications Required:

Independently licensed in New Mexico (LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT) Eligible for W-2 employment Pass a comprehensive background check Adult outpatient therapy experience
