Job Description

Full job description Mindwell is Hiring Immediately for Licensed Clinical Therapists Join a mission-driven team at our Princeton location. We are looking for Licensed Social Workers, Associate Counselors, and fully licensed Therapists to join our outpatient practice. This contract role is ideal for clinicians who value autonomy but want the support of an established clinic.

Responsibilities & Duties:
Provide office-based outpatient services, with a Telehealth component. Provide mental health services to kids, adults, couples and families. Conduct screening, intakes, and assessments; create treatment plans; provide clinically appropriate interventions to assist clients in reaching therapeutic treatment goals. Maintain clinical documentation. Comply with agency policies and procedures.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Active NJ license as Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC); Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Proficient computer skills Familiar with EHR software Familiar with individualized treatment planning
