What You'll Do As a therapist at Feeling Moody, you'll provide outpatient mental health services to a diverse range of clients, including those navigating: Trauma Depression & anxiety Life transitions Work-related stressors Relationship challenges You'll also do: Offer therapy in-person, remotely, or in a hybrid setting Maintain accurate clinical documentation (case notes, ISPs, discharge plans, etc.) Collaborate with a dynamic team of clinicians Attend team meetings and engage in continuous professional development What We're Looking For Fully licensed in

Virginia:

LPC, LCSW, or LMFT (Required) Must have minimum of 2 years licensed experience (Required) Comfortable with or open to EMDR (training opportunities available!) Passionate about serving culturally diverse populations Strong foundation in clinical theory and trauma-informed care Proficient with GSuite , Google Apps , and EMR systems Approachable, open-minded, and excited about innovation in mental health care
