Job description Are you a compassionate, licensed clinician (LCSW, LPC,) looking for a practice that truly values healing, balance, and growth — for both clients and clinicians? Join our team in a supportive, non-judgmental environment that promotes growth, healing, and wellness for everyone who walks through our doors. We are located in Waterford and Bozrah, Connecticut , and are expanding on one of our existing locations to create a beautiful 5,000-square-foot wellness center. Our space is built around calm, positive energy, and genuine connection — a place where both clients and clinicians can feel grounded, supported, and inspired.

Our Wellness Focus:

We currently offer Reiki, individual yoga, and clinical groups for children — and we're expanding to include massage therapy, CE trainings, more group therapy options, and additional holistic healing services to support the well-being of both clients and clinicians.

Qualifications:
