Enjoy a balanced work-life with a 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday, with hybrid availability during our operational hours (M-Th 8 am-6 pm, Fri 8 am-5 pm).

Approved Site for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF): Eligible therapists can potentially have their federal student loans forgiven after making 120 qualifying payments in a qualifying position.

Your Role:

As a clinical therapist, you will: Provide individual, family, and group therapy to clients aged 5 and older with mental health disorders and addictions. Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with medical providers. Conduct comprehensive assessments and deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions. Maintain accurate electronic health records in compliance with OMH and OASAS requirements. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide crisis intervention and support as needed. Engage in ongoing professional development and supervision to ensure your growth and success.

Qualifications:

New York State licensure (LMHC, LMSW, LCSW, LCSW-R preferred;

MSW & MHC

candidates will be considered) Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in mental health and/or addiction treatment Strong clinical skills and familiarity with DSM-5 mental health disorders and SUD Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others Understanding of socio-economic factors affecting client care Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment Proficient computer skills and ability to use EHR Why Join Us?
