Master's degree LISW Medical terminology Marriage & Family Therapy Certification Full Job Description Peaceful Mindset Counseling is growing, and we are excited to welcome a full-time fully licensed or temporarily licensed mental health therapists (LISW, LMSW, LMFT, tLMFT, LMHC, or tLMHC) to our team. We are seeking compassionate, ethical, and dedicated clinicians who are passionate about helping clients and committed to their own professional growth. Therapists in this role will provide therapy/counseling within a supportive private practice setting. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments, providing therapy services, maintaining clinical documentation, and completing required paperwork in a timely manner. At Peaceful Mindset Counseling, we value collaboration, authenticity, and work-life balance. We strive to create a positive and supportive environment where clinicians feel encouraged both personally and professionally. This position offers a flexible schedule, autonomy in your clinical work, and opportunities for continued learning and development. Clinical supervision is available for therapists holding temporary licenses. We are committed to investing in our clinicians and offer a competitive flat-fee-per-session compensation model, along with a benefits package that includes a retirement plan with company match, short-term disability and life insurance, and access to health, dental, and vision insurance plans. Fully licensed clinicians also receive an annual education stipend to support ongoing professional development and continuing education. Qualified applicants must hold one of the following licenses in the state of
Iowa:
Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Temporary Licensed Mental Health Counselor (tLMHC), or Temporary Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (tLMFT).
