You will provide individualized assessments, therapeutic interventions, and case management support within a collaborative environment that values compassion, professionalism, and continuous growth. This role is ideal for Associate licensed clinicians seeking a rewarding part-time opportunity to expand their impact while maintaining flexibility in their schedule. Duties Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including diagnostic evaluations and behavioral health screenings, to determine client needs and treatment plans Deliver individual and group counseling sessions utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and DBT Provide crisis intervention and crisis management services to clients experiencing acute mental health or behavioral issues. Develop and implement treatment strategies tailored to clients with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, PTSD, or other mental health conditions Document all patient interactions accurately in compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain detailed medical records using secure electronic health record systems Collaborate with families, schools, and other service providers to coordinate care plans and support positive outcomes for children and individuals with disabilities Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in behavioral health, special education, conflict management, behavior management, and related fields Qualifications Active licensure or certification in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related mental health discipline (e.g., LMSW & LPC-A) Proven experience working with children, families, individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder, and those requiring special education support Strong knowledge of crisis intervention techniques, addiction counseling methods, and behavioral therapy approaches Familiarity with medical terminology, medical documentation standards, and electronic health records (EHR) systems Excellent communication skills with the ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations and deliver compassionate patient care Experience working within school settings or community-based programs is highly desirable Ability to manage multiple cases effectively while demonstrating conflict resolution and behavior management skills Join us in making a difference through compassionate care!
