The ideal candidate will have experience in providing therapeutic services with a focus on individual, family, and couples counseling. This role is essential in delivering high-quality mental health treatment. The Clinician will be responsible for conducting diagnostic evaluations, developing treatment plans, and providing ongoing support to clients across various age groups. •Please Submit Cover letter.•Responsibilities Conduct individual counseling sessions to support clients with mental health issues. Perform comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess client needs and develop appropriate treatment plans. Provide specialized care for clients with mental health challenges. Maintain accurate documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and coding for billing purposes. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices. Requirements Doctorate or Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field. Valid licensure as a clinician in the state of Oregon. Experience working with clients. Proficiency in conducting individual counseling. Knowledge of diagnostic evaluation techniques. Familiarity with coding practices for mental health services. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards in all client interactions.
