This position is ideal for licensed clinicians committed to delivering high-quality psychotherapy and comprehensive patient care in a supportive environment. You will have the chance to work with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and seniors, utilizing evidence-based practices to promote mental wellness and resilience. Duties Conduct thorough intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations utilizing ICD-9 and ICD-10 coding systems to ensure accurate patient records. Client caseload management and scheduling for continuity of care. Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions using modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, art therapy, dance/movement therapy, and applied behavior analysis (ABA). Implement crisis intervention strategies and crisis management techniques to support patients experiencing acute mental health episodes or trauma. Develop personalized treatment plans aligned with each patient's needs, including those with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, PTSD, grief issues, or chronic pain. Utilize our office Tlehealth platforms effectively to deliver remote counseling services while maintaining HIPAA compliance and ensuring confidentiality. Document all patient interactions thoroughly within medical records using appropriate medical terminology and CPT coding for billing purposes within 24hrs. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals on case management efforts and participate in clinical research or data collection initiatives when applicable. Qualifications Current licensure as an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LCPC (Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor), LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), LSW (Licensed Social Worker), LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), or equivalent in your state. Demonstrated experience in psychotherapy across diverse settings such as outpatient clinics, inpatient units, or hospital environments. Proficiency in evidence-based practices including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and trauma-informed care. Strong skills in crisis intervention, crisis management, behavior management, and working with individuals with disabilities or developmental challenges. Knowledge of ICD coding systems (ICD-9/ICD-10) for accurate diagnosis documentation. Experience with telehealth platforms and familiarity with HIPAA regulations related to patient privacy and medical documentation. Ability to work effectively with children & families, geriatrics, or special education populations is a plus.
