Job Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced therapist to join our team. As a Therapist, you will be responsible for providing counseling and therapy services to individuals, families, and groups. Your role will involve assessing clients' needs, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions to promote mental health and well-being. Here, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of your clients by providing high-quality counseling services. We are ONLY looking for candidates that enjoy working with children and adolescents. Caseload can be a mix of ages, and does not have to be all under 18 unless that is your preference!

Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques
- Develop personalized treatment plans based on clients' needs and goals
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with ethical and legal standards
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive treatment
- Demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
- Stay informed about current research and best practices in the field of therapy
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Clinical licensure (TLLP, LLP, LP, LPC, LMSW)
- Experience in counseling, behavioral health, or clinical counseling preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients of diverse backgrounds
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Compassionate, non-judgmental approach to therapy
- Ability to comply with all applicable licensing rules, accreditation standards, code of ethics, insurance reimbursement rules, and Bloomfield Center's policies
