Our vision is to provide exceptional, evidence-based assessment and treatment services that meaningfully improve the lives of our patients. We are now hiring multiple full-time therapists to join our psychotherapy team. We are a practice that genuinely invests in our clinicians — through structured professional development, dedicated consultation time, and a compensation model designed to reward longevity and clinical excellence. A hybrid model with telehealth and on-site care 1-2 days a week is ideal. Full-time is strongly preferred. All billing, insurance empanelment, and reimbursement is managed by the practice, allowing you to focus on patient care. Duties Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans. Deliver individual, group, or family therapy sessions using various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, or other evidence-based approaches. Maintain detailed and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with professional standards and legal requirements. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physicians, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care effectively. Monitor client progress regularly and adjust treatment strategies to ensure optimal outcomes. Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, coping strategies, and available resources. Uphold ethical standards and confidentiality at all times while fostering a safe, supportive environment for clients. Qualifications Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution. Valid AZ license, to include: 1) Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), 2) Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or 3) Psychologist (PhD or PsyD). Proven experience providing psychotherapy in clinical or community settings. Strong knowledge of mental health disorders, therapeutic techniques, and best practices for client care. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse populations. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment. Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to ethical guidelines.

Compensation:

Compensation is productivity-based and commensurate with degree, experience, and caseload. Our compensation model is structured to reward longevity; as providers grow with the practice, their earnings potential increases over time. We believe clinicians who invest in the practice should share in its success. The below estimates are based on 28 patients seen per week for a full-time clinician. Master's-level clinicians (LPC/LCSW): estimated to be about $70,000-$90,000 per year Doctoral-level clinicians: estimated to be about $90,000-$110,000 per year

What We're Looking For:

We are looking for candidates with experience in psychotherapy and the use of measurement-based care to guide and track treatment. The practice will treat the full spectrum of psychiatric conditions; a list of common conditions is available for review under the Services → Psychology Services tab of the practice website at www.advnps.com. Candidates should be able to give examples of successful treatment outcomes and discuss how one has used measurement-based care to monitor or revise treatment plans over time. Ideal candidates have 600-1200 hours of supervised psychotherapy experience, and training or experience in one or more of the below empirically-based psychotherapy approaches.
