Who we are True Flow Wellness is a holistic private practice centered on the mind body connection. We utilize EMDR, somatic approaches, mindfulness, yoga therapy, and trauma informed care to create lasting change. We are a growing private practice looking to expand our reach and impact on the community. Our focus is on wellness not only for our clients, but also our clinicians. This position is ideal for a clinician who values: Depth over productivity culture Authentic connection Collaboration without micromanagement Holistic healing that honors the whole person A practice culture centered on both client and clinician well-being We are intentionally building a practice designed for long-term sustainability and meaningful clinical work. Clinicians receive steady referrals aligned with their strengths and specialties, allowing them to build a consistent caseload while feeling supported professionally, financially, and personally. Who you are You are self aware, grounded, and compassionate. Your clients would describe you as warm, caring and possessing the ability to create a space they feel truly seen. You bring knowledge and guidance to your sessions while creating a safe space. You practice from a holistic lense, treating each client as an individual. You care deeply about helping people heal, but you also value sustainability and balance in your own life and work. You may already have training in EMDR, somatic therapy, or yoga therapy, or you may simply feel drawn toward integrative approaches and want support growing in those areas. Most importantly, you value presence, authenticity, and meaningful human connection in the therapy room. Responsibilities Provide individual psychotherapy using trauma-informed and holistic approaches Integrate (or grow in) EMDR, somatic, mindfulness-based, or nervous system-informed interventions Complete assessments, treatment planning, and documentation ethically and on time Collaborate with a supportive team while maintaining autonomy in your clinical style Uphold high standards of professionalism, relational care, and cultural responsiveness Qualifications Illinois license (or license-eligible): LCPC, LPC, LCSW, LSW, or LMFT Master's degree in a mental health-related field Interest in trauma-informed, somatic, EMDR, or holistic psychotherapy Strong relational skills, emotional maturity, and sound clinical judgment Alignment with integrative, mind-body approaches to healing EMDR training, yoga certification, or somatic training is welcomed but not required.
