Duties Provide mental health counseling to children and adolescents, addressing various emotional and behavioral issues. Conduct individual and group counseling sessions, fostering a supportive environment for clients. Utilize telehealth platforms to deliver services remotely when necessary. Collect and analyze research data to inform treatment plans and improve service delivery. Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes. Qualifications Experience working with children and/or adults in a counseling or educational setting is preferred. Familiarity with gender issues counseling is a plus. Proficiency in telehealth practices for remote client engagement. Background in mental health counseling with relevant certifications or degrees. Experience in individual and group counseling methodologies. Understanding of special education principles is advantageous. Clinical counseling experience is highly desirable.
