Immediate Position Overview Elevating Generations is seeking a Qualified Professional (QP) to provide clinical oversight within our Level III residential treatment program serving adolescents ages 12-17 . This role ensures compliance with North Carolina

Key Responsibilities Provide clinical oversight and supervision of residential services Ensure compliance with

service definitions and documentation standards Review and approve: Person-Centered Plans (PCPs) Assessments and service documentation Incident reports and restrictive interventions Monitor client progress toward treatment goals Provide guidance and consultation to direct care staff Participate in treatment team meetings as needed Assist with discharge planning and continuity of care Support audits, licensing reviews, and quality improvement efforts Minimum Qualifications (Per

) Candidate must meet Qualified Professional (QP) criteria as defined by

NC DHHS:

Education & Experience (one of the following): Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field + 2 years full-time experience with the

MH/DD/SAS

population Master's degree in a Human Services field + 1 year experience Licensed professional (LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, etc.)

Human Services Fields Include:

Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Human Services, Sociology, or other related behavioral health fields

Required Knowledge:

Familiarity with 10A
