Services include professional counseling, case management, pregnancy tests, ultrasounds, and support groups. Job Summary Caris is looking for a compassionate Illinois Licensed Lead Counselor (LCSW) to join Client Services team! The position for freelance/part-time LCSW Lead Counselor. Hours and Pay Consultant 4-6 hours/month VIRTUAL for Clinical supervision Responsibilities Reports to: Office Manager We are seeking a Lead Counselor to provide supervision for our in-office counselor(s).

Virtual Caris Counselors must exemplify a committed and consistent walk of Christian faith and dependence on Jesus. They must have a personal calling to ministry as well as the specific mission and vision of Caris. Counselors need to be in alignment with the grace filled approach utilized by Caris. Responsibilities Leadership Lead all counselors in implementing a comprehensive counseling program based on best practices and ministry capability In alignment with leadership, ensure that acceptable counseling practices and policies are adhered to and upheld Continually evaluate counseling program to ensure alignment with internal processes and best practices in the field; provide ongoing coaching to counselors on an as-needed basis. Continually monitor the well

• being of the counseling staff and implement self-care strategies and opportunities when needed.

Communicate with the Leadership needs/improvement plans. Development Develop curricula on topics pertaining to client need Receive and incorporate appropriate feedback into curriculum and programming Make recommendations regarding client need Qualifications & Experience Master's degree in social work with a LCSW IL license in good standing. Candidate must have experience supervising counselors. Candidate will have sharp clinical skills with a solid theoretical orientation. Candidate will be well organized, able to work independently and possess strong communication skills.
