This is a fully remote position that provides the opportunity to deliver high-quality behavioral health services to individuals experiencing a variety of mental health concerns. The ideal candidate is committed to providing evidence-based care, maintaining accurate documentation, and collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes. Essential Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs. Provide individual psychotherapy through secure telehealth platforms. Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate. Complete clinical documentation accurately and within established timelines. Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care providers, and other healthcare professionals when appropriate. Participate in clinical meetings, supervision, and continuing education opportunities. Identify patients in crisis and implement appropriate interventions and safety planning. Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and organizational standards. Minimum Qualifications Active unrestricted license in one or more of the following: Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related behavioral health field. Minimum of one (1) year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred. Experience providing telehealth services is preferred. Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems. Reliable high-speed internet and private workspace.
Preferred Qualifications Experience treating:
Anxiety Disorders Depression Trauma/PTSD Mood Disorders ADHD Grief Relationship concerns Stress management Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Experience with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, or other evidence-based modalities.
