Memphis, TN (Hybrid Remote) Join a New Clinic Focused on Healing at the Root Cornerstone Health & Wellness Clinic is a growing outpatient mental health practice in Tennessee dedicated to helping adults heal from childhood trauma and life experiences that continue to impact their relationships, emotional health, and overall well-being. We believe that true healing is possible. Rather than simply managing symptoms, our mission is to help clients address the root causes of anxiety, depression, panic attacks, PTSD, unhealthy coping behaviors, and other trauma-related concerns through evidence-based, trauma-informed care. We're looking for compassionate, fully licensed therapists who are excited to grow with a new practice and make a meaningful impact. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide individual psychotherapy to adult clients. Utilize trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches such as EMDR, Psychodynamic Therapy, CBT, and other appropriate interventions. Help clients process trauma, improve emotional regulation, and develop healthy coping skills. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Complete progress notes within 48 hours. Provide crisis intervention when clinically appropriate. Collaborate with other providers as needed to support continuity of care. Maintain ethical, professional, and licensing standards. Qualifications Fully licensed in Tennessee (LCSW or LPC required). Supervising therapists are encouraged to apply. Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field. Experience providing psychotherapy to adults. Experience treating trauma and trauma-related disorders. EMDR trained preferred (or willingness to pursue training). Active NPI. Professional liability insurance. Strong documentation, organizational, and time management skills.
