Someone who is willing to work afternoons/nights/weekends would be preferable. Someone who has at least 2 years of experience in outpatient work is preferred. Through The Trees Therapy was established in 2021, and is a team of mental health clinicians that provide personalized, high-quality care for children, teens, and adults. Responsibilities:

Conduct intake assessment including diagnosing for insurances Create treatment plan and complete progress notes in a timely manner Ensure all paperwork is signed and uploaded to the EMR Update treatment plans in the time frame required Conduct a minimum of 25 appointments with clients per week for full time, and a minimum of 10 appointments with clients per week for part time Attend group supervision biweekly

Requirements:

Have a master's degree in Psychology or Social Work, and/or have an active, unrestricted license in Massachusetts (LMHC, LICSW, or Licensed Psychologists) Excellent communication and listening skills Ability to make accurate assessments and provide appropriate treatment Comfortable providing telehealth services as well as in person sessions and using EMR for documentation Able to work independently, collaborate with team members, and be open to professional growth and development Have a strong ability to manage time and prioritize tasks Have a minimum of 25 hours of availability per week, or 10 hours of availability per week
