This is a mentorship-focused role with clinical supervision toward LMHC licensure, hands-on training in experiential methods, and the opportunity to co-lead group therapy. Responsibilities Conduct intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations (ICD-10) Carry an individual caseload — assess, diagnose, and treat adults Option to Participate in group therapy, with opportunity to co-lead Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA Participate in regular clinical supervision Requirements Master's degree in Counseling or related field Actively pursuing LMHC licensure in MA Interest in experiential methods — Gestalt, Psychodrama, IFS Reliable telehealth setup for remote sessions Strong clinical communication and documentation skills What We Offer Individual clinical supervision toward LMHC hours Mentorship in experiential and relational therapy approaches Co-leadership opportunities in group therapy Hybrid schedule — in-office (Pepperell) and telehealth I'm a solo private practice owner in Pepperell, MA looking for one person to mentor.
