The Ideal Candidate:

Fully licensed OR license eligible: Psychologist, LCSW, LPC, LAPC Doctorate or Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field, from an accredited college or university. Effective communication skills, emotional regulation skills, and being a team player are a must. Must be motivated, flexible and receptive. Willing to maintain a caseload (10-30) clients per week Has interest and experience (or be willing to gain experience) in working with high functioning individuals on the autism spectrum, ADHD, anxiety, and depression. Must be open and willing to work with and continually learn about working with diverse populations, to include race, gender, religion, national origin, sexual orientation, disability, socioeconomic status or marital status. Is committed to self and professional development evidenced by continual/ongoing training and supervision Will maintain their own supervision (if an associate) Interest in a team environment and case collaboration/support Competitive compensation, self-pay rates - paid as a 1099 contractor
