At Sista Afya Community Care (SACC), we're building a world where mental wellness care for women and girls is accessible, affirming, and rooted in community. As a growing nonprofit organization, our Thrive in Therapy program has supported hundreds of women navigating life transitions, trauma, and emotional wellness challenges. We don't just provide therapy, we create spaces of belonging, empowerment, and transformation. We're seeking a compassionate, skilled Therapist (LCSW, LCPC, LSW, or LPC preferred) to join our community and provide trauma-informed, culturally responsive care that helps our clients heal and thrive. What You'll Do Provide individual therapy to adults and teens from diverse backgrounds. Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and build collaborative treatment plans. Maintain a balanced caseload of 24 clients per week, allowing time for documentation and rest. Facilitate at least one group session per month focused on relevant mental health topics. Complete accurate, timely documentation using our EHR system. Participate in clinical supervision and supportive team meetings. Offer crisis intervention and collaborate with care teams as needed. Stay current with evidence-based practices and emerging trends in culturally responsive care. Who You Are Master's Degree in Social Work or Counseling (required). LSW/LPC or

LCSW/LCPC

(preferred; supervision provided for pre-licensed clinicians). At least 3 years of post-graduate clinical experience, including experience with trauma, anxiety, and mood disorders. Passionate about serving women, girls, and under-supported communities. Skilled in virtual therapy and comfortable with EHR documentation. Available for in-person sessions once a week in Bronzeville and three evening shifts per week.
