Job Description

Job Overview We are looking for motivated, independent, and clinically skilled therapists to join our team as 1099 Independent Contractors. This role offers the flexibility to build a caseload that fits your lifestyle while providing exceptional mental health services to diverse client populations.

    Will be discussed based on experience, licensure, and specialty areas Applicants must hold an active, unrestricted license in their state and be one of the following: LPC
  • Licensed Professional Counselor LPCC
  • Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor LCPC
  • Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor LMHC
  • Licensed Mental Health Counselor LCMHC
  • Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor LMFT
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist LCMFT
  • Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist LCSW
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker LICSW
  • Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker LISW
  • Licensed Independent Social Worker Responsibilities Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy services
  • based on your interests and skills Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation Develop individualized treatment plans Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with state licensing regulations Participate in case consultation and team meetings as desired Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions Experience Proven experience in psychotherapy or clinical counseling within outpatient or inpatient settings.
Strong background in working with children, adolescents, individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder (ASD), and geriatrics. Demonstrated expertise in crisis management, trauma-informed care for PTSD patients, grief counseling, addiction counseling, and gender issues counseling. Familiarity with medical records systems, ICD coding (ICD-9/ICD-10), CPT coding for billing purposes, and telehealth platforms for remote therapy sessions. Knowledge of behavioral health treatments such as behavior management strategies, social work principles, and special education techniques. Experience working with individuals facing chronic pain or complex mental health conditions requiring psychopharmacology coordination is preferred. Ability to perform diagnostic evaluations using medical terminology while adhering to confidentiality standards under HIPAA regulations. What We Offer Flexible scheduling
