At our client-centered care practice, we are committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care. We are seeking a professional who shares our passion for fostering healing, growth, and meaningful change. Responsibilities Conduct diagnostic intake sessions/evaluations via telehealth and in-person Develop individualized treatment plans and plan updates Deliver individual therapy sessions Provide crisis management and crisis intervention as needed Document accurately and timely within electronic record system while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
