Job Description

Master's Level Mental Health Clinician Must be open to working with Children & Adolescents The Dragonfly Path, LLC is a growing, clinician-centered private practice in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts, dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality mental health care in a supportive and collaborative environment. We believe that clinicians do their best work when they are trusted, supported, and encouraged to grow professionally while maintaining their own authentic style. We are looking for a Master's Level Mental Health Clinician who enjoys working with children and adolescents and is excited to become part of a close-knit team that values collaboration, accountability, and continued learning. What You'll Do Provide individual therapy primarily to children and teens (with opportunities to work with adults if desired). Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and complete paperwork within required timeframes. Manage your caseload independently while collaborating with colleagues when needed. Participate in clinical consultation, team meetings, and supervision (as applicable). Build meaningful therapeutic relationships while delivering ethical, evidence-based care.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
Holds a Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related mental health field. Is licensed or license-eligible in Massachusetts. Has a passion for working with children and adolescents. Is dependable, accountable, and takes pride in completing documentation on time. Works well independently but values being part of a supportive team. Is open to learning new approaches while also sharing their own knowledge, experience, and ideas with colleagues. Demonstrates professionalism, initiative, and excellent communication skills. What Makes The Dragonfly Path Different? We are intentionally a small group practice , not a large agency. That means your voice matters here. You'll have the opportunity to: Develop your own professional interests and specialties. Help shape the culture and growth of the practice. Work in a collaborative environment where clinicians genuinely support one another. Receive mentorship and opportunities for professional growth. Enjoy the independence of managing your own clinical work while still having a team behind you. We believe the best clinicians never stop learning, and we value curiosity, collaboration, and the willingness to both teach and be taught. Why Join Us? Supportive, collaborative team culture Flexible scheduling Beautiful, welcoming office environment Opportunities for professional development and growth A practice where quality of care comes first—and where clinicians are respected as professionals If you're looking for more than just another therapy job—if you want to be part of a practice where you can build your own professional path while making a meaningful impact on the lives of children, teens, and families—we'd love to hear from you.
