Nova Behavioral Health, Inc., is seeking qualified and compassionate Full-time, 30 to 40 hours per week, Behavioral Health Assessors to provide virtual assessment services as independent contractors. This fully remote position offers flexible scheduling opportunities for licensed professionals committed to delivering high-quality behavioral health services. This position is ideal for individuals who are self-motivated, organized, and experienced in providing assessment, counseling and support services in a virtual environment.Qualifications:
Active Ohio LSW, LPC or LMFT Experience conducting behavioral health assessments, diagnostic evaluations, substance use assessments, or community mental health services preferred. Knowledge of DSM-5 diagnostic criteria, trauma-informed care, and person-centered assessment approaches preferred. Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Reliable internet connection and private workspace required Experience with electronic health records (EHR) is a must.Responsibilities:
Conduct virtual behavioral health assessments, screenings, and diagnostic evaluations. Complete psychosocial assessments, diagnostic evaluations, level of care recommendations, referrals, and all required clinical documentation in a timely manner. Maintain compliance withHIPPA, CARF
standards, and agency policies and procedures. Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and trainings as required Coordinate referrals and communicate with treatment providers and community resources when appropriate Maintain professional boundaries and ethical standards in accordance with licensure requirements Respond to client and agency communications in a timely and professional mannerSimilar jobs in Dayton, OH
