W2 option - Polish, Ukrainian, or English-Speaking Therapist (LPC, LCPC, LCSW, LMFT) W2 -65 per h or $70-85 per Session | Flexible Schedule | Supervision Available | Hybrid Position. Lombard and /or Des Plains iL Talk to Wes LLC is a growing outpatient psychotherapy practice with locations in Lombard and Des Plaines, Illinois . We are seeking compassionate therapists who speak Polish, Ukrainian, and/or English to join our expanding team. Des Plaines - starting Sep 1. Lombard - Now This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician looking to build a strong caseload with immediate referrals while receiving support from an established and growing practice. Immediate Client Referrals Available Due to growing community demand, we are actively seeking clinicians who can provide services in: Polish Ukrainian English other Position Responsibilities Provide therapy services to: Children (ages 3+) Adolescents and teens Adults Families Couples (optional) Therapy groups (optional) Presenting concerns may include: Anxiety Depression ADHD Emotional regulation difficulties Behavioral challenges Trauma Family and relationship concerns Autism Spectrum Disorder Stress and life transitions What We Offer Compensation ranging from $65-$90 per session Flexible scheduling Hybrid work environment (office and telehealth) Clinical supervision available for LPCs Administrative, credentialing, and billing support Immediate referrals and opportunity to quickly build a caseload Family therapy and group therapy opportunities Supportive and collaborative team environment Professional office space Work phone provided Opportunity for part-time or full-time growth Qualifications Active Illinois LPC, LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, or related license Fluency in English required Polish and/or Ukrainian language skills strongly preferred Interest in working with children, adolescents, adults, and families Strong clinical documentation skills Ability to work independently and professionally Schedule Part-time and full-time opportunities available. Daytime, afternoon, evening, and Saturday availability preferred due to strong client demand.
