As a Mental Health Multisystemic Supervisor, you'll provide and assist therapists to provide evidence-based therapeutic services to youth and families. MENTAL HEALTH PROFESSIONALS
to join our Multisystemic Therapy team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of those we serve. If you are inspired to make a difference, this is the perfect opportunity for you! Supervise up to 2 teams of 2-4 MST Therapists who are compassionate, dedicated people who want to empower youth and families. Works a non-traditional schedule and make themselves available as needed to support therapists. Manage all incoming referrals to ensure therapists maintain a caseload of 5-6 clients at a time Carry a caseload of 1-2 clients, each being seen multiple times per week; additionally, is on call for his/her clients 24/7 in the event of a crises. Support MST Therapists in implementing problem conceptualization, treatment planning, intervention implementation, outcomes review and strategy revision procedure using the MST Analytic Process Facilitate weekly group supervision and individual supervision of MST Therapists Collaborate with stakeholders and promote/educate about MST Actively collaborate with the MST Expert around implementation of MST and ensure continued development of own clinical skills This description outlines the general scope and level of work for this role. Compensation This role is compensated on a salaried basis, providing consistent earnings aligned with the responsibilities and expectations of the position.
Compensation:
$57,917.79 up to $83,441 Compensation is based on licensure level, education, and experience . Must be either fully licensed or have two years of MST experience Experience working with youth and families. Good communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with individuals and families. Significant clinical experience in treating serious delinquent behavior in youth Direct use of pragmatic (i.e. structural, strategic and functional) family therapies Individual therapist with adolescents and adults using cognitive behavioral techniques, Marital therapist using behaviorally-bases approaches and behavioral therapy.
