Role:

The ideal candidate is comfortable working with a diverse caseload, including young children, adolescents, and adults. You will provide individual therapy and may also provide family therapy depending on your experience and preference. Our practice values creativity, autonomy, and supportive collaboration—embracing the idea that every client's journey is unique.

Responsibilities:

Provide individual therapy to children, teens, and adults Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain progress notes Collaborate with families, schools, or other providers as appropriate Utilize evidence-based interventions while maintaining a warm, therapeutic presence Maintain licensure and follow ethical guidelines

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field Fully licensed or provisionally licensed in South Carolina (LISW-CP, LPC, LMFT, LMSW) LMSW's in need of clinical experience and supervision encouraged to apply. Experience working with children is preferred Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team

Hours / Compensation
