About the Role ReGenesis Health Care (RHC), a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), is seeking a licensed Behavioral Health Counselor who is passionate about delivering compassionate, patient-centered mental health services to children, adolescents, adults, and families. This role is ideal for a behavioral health professional who values integrated care, clinical excellence, and community impact. The selected candidate will primarily work within our health centers in Spartanburg, SC, with occasional services provided in educational settings. Deliver individual, family, and crisis intervention services using evidence-based treatment modalities. Collaborate within an integrated primary care and behavioral health model. Coordinate care with healthcare providers, schools, agencies, and community partners. Maintain accurate and confidential electronic medical records (EMR) documentation. Support patient advocacy, case management, rehabilitation, and service linkage. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and treatment coordination. Provide culturally responsive care to diverse patient populations. Current South Carolina license as LISW-CP, LMSW, LMFT, or LPC required. Associate-level licenses will be considered. Experience providing clinical services to children and families preferred. Experience in healthcare, community mental health, school-based counseling, or integrated care settings preferred. Knowledge of crisis management and evidence-based therapeutic practices. Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills. Proficiency with EMR systems, Microsoft Office, and healthcare technology. Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary healthcare team. Reliable transportation required for travel between ReGenesis Health Care locations.
