Licensed & Pre-Licensed Mental Health Professionals We are seeking experienced pre-licensed or licensed Mental Health Professionals to join our growing multidisciplinary practice . Ideal candidates include clinicians with credentials in LPC, MFT, LMSW, or LCSW , or closely related fields. This role begins with a 30-day probationary period , after which the position transitions into a full-time salaried role . Details regarding our pay structure and benefits will be discussed during the interview process.

For more information regarding our team or services, visit our website at https://www.180-red.com/ Qualifications Master's Degree in Professional Counseling or related field from a CACREP Accredited Program and progressing towards licensure in the state of Tennessee (LPC-MHSP, TLPC,LSMW) Knowledge and clinical experience with children, teens, and/or adults with mental health issues (trauma, anxiety, transitional issues, parenting, depression, etc.) Able to make professional evaluations, decisions, and recommendation for treatment planning and implementation Experience in counseling or mental health services Able to work independently and as a positive member of a team Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable treating both routine mental health and substance use illnesses Must have knowledge of current theoretical approaches to the delivery of counseling services Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with clients from diverse backgrounds Knowledge of Ethics and Professional standards, HIPAA, confidentiality and privacy practices Pay Structure Annual salary of $50,000-$60,000 (depending on experience) after a 30-day probationary period. •Experience in group work preferred but not required •Please be sure to attach your resume when applying.
