Select treatment methods appropriate for the patient's age, diagnosis, symptoms, and physician orders. Monitor changes in patient conditions and take appropriate actions. Engage patients and families in the development of treatment plans. Maintain confidentiality and strong professional relationships with patients and their families. Accurately document patient information and evaluations within established time frames. Adapt workload to meet fluctuations in patient caseload. Participate in projects and complete additional duties as assigned.
