Job Description

InSight is seeking a licensed therapist to provide high-quality psychotherapy and behavioral health support to expand our patients' access to care, strengthens their engagement in InSight's MAT and mental health programs, and sustains the health of the clinic through consistent clinical productivity and collaborative care. Success in this role means patients receive timely therapy, MAT patients remain engaged in treatment, and the therapist's work supports the sustainability and growth of the InSight clinical model.
Compensation Structure and Range:
base + bonus (range $60-90k)

$60,000

tiered percent of collections

Paid monthly While your salary is guaranteed, the practice will track productivity and revenue metrics to ensure that your role continues to be economically sustainable and aligned with patient access needs. Clinical & Revenue-Supporting Expectations Your full-time role is structured 40 hours per week, allocated as follows: 1. Regular Individual Therapy Sessions (Approx. 18 hours/week)
Expectation:
Average of 18 completed individual 50-minute sessions per week Sessions should be appropriately documented and billed when clinically indicated 2. MAT & Mental Health Program Work (Approx. 22 hours/week) The remaining portion of your work week is expected to be devoted to billable, revenue-supporting clinical activities, which may include: Primarily MAT and mental health program Intake Evaluations Brief individual sessions for MAT patients MAT group therapy sessions (approx. 6 groups per week) Care coordination and case management related to MAT and behavioral health care Brief MAT engagement and stabilization visits Collaboration with prescribers and external providers when billable and documented appropriately

$60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
