LCSW / LMSW / LPC-MHSP

We are hiring a licensed therapist who is passionate about addiction recovery and mental health treatment and wants to work in a collaborative, supportive environment — without hospital bureaucracy. What You'll Do Provide outpatient therapy (individual + group) Facilitate IOP groups Conduct assessments & develop treatment plans Deliver evidence-based care (CBT, MI, Trauma-Informed Care) Maintain 25+ patient-facing hours weekly Manage a structured caseload (120-160 patients) Collaborate with MDs, Psychiatrists & Care Coordinators Complete timely documentation in EMR Who We're Looking For ( Licensure Required) Active license in good standing:
LCSW LMSW LPC-MHSP
Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field required.
