Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual therapy, counseling, and behavioral health services based on client needs and clinical assessments
• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and formulate accurate mental health diagnoses using DSM criteria
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans to support client progress and recovery
• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, and assessments in an electronic health record (EHR) system
• Collaborate with supervisors and interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality care and address client needs
• Respond promptly and professionally to client concerns, crisis situations, and clinical communication
• Utilize strong clinical judgment when delivering therapy services in both in-person and telehealth settings
• Keep leadership informed of any concerns that may impact client care, clinic operations, or compliance standards Education, Experience, and/or

Credential Qualifications:

• Master's degree required in Clinical Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related behavioral health field
• Applicants with a Master's degree in a related field must have at least 24 graduate-level semester hours in psychology, counseling, social work, or related coursework
• Required coursework must include clinical treatment, mental health assessment, psychopathology, and DSM diagnostic training within a clinical internship or practicum
• Clinical experience required (may include practicum or internship experience)
• Experience providing behavioral health therapy, counseling, or mental health services preferred
• Active licensure required:

LCSW, LPC-MHSP, or LMFT Additional Qualifications:

• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills in a mental health setting
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and clinical documentation systems
• Ability to work effectively in both in-person and telehealth environments
• Experience working with children, teens, or families preferred
• Ability to manage time effectively and respond to client needs in a timely, professional manner Physical Requirements
• Sitting for extended periods (approximately 90% of shift)
• Standing as needed throughout the workday (approximately 10% of shift)
• Occasional bending, kneeling, or squatting
• Occasional driving as required for job duties
• Occasional lifting as needed for daily tasks
