Job Description
Locally owned and operated, Santé Center for Healing's goal is to provide individuals and families long-term recovery. From a beautiful wooded hilltop in Argyle (outside of Denton), Santé's expert clinical and medical staff specialize in substance use disorders, mental health, dual diagnosis and poly-addiction, problematic sexual behavior, co-occurring disordered eating, compulsive behavior…and ultimately the trauma so often underneath it all. And we've been making "miracles happen on the hill" for over 30 years. This role is responsible for individual and group therapy with patients in the residential program as well as case management.
Responsibilities:
Manages the care of the patient to include clarification of the program content, program assignments, expectations of the patient in the program, goal setting for creating treatment plan. Develops the treatment plan in conjunction with the patient and other members of the Treatment Team. Completes update of treatment plan and notes progress of the patient. Facilitates group sessions and conducts individual sessions with patients; documents progress notes according to guidelines set by supervisor. Participates in staffing and utilization review as scheduled by supervisor. Assigns patients appropriate therapeutic tasks to accomplish treatment goals. Provides feedback to patient as needed. Communicates regularly with appropriate family members. Completes discharge summary according to guidelines set by policy and procedures of Santé Center for Healing.
Qualifications:
Masters degree in a related field from accredited university; licensed in the state of Texas (LPC, LPC-Associate, LMFT, LMFT-Associate, LMSW, LCSW) and has experience working with mental health and addiction populations.
EMDR, CSAT, ED
experience preferred. For persons in recovery, you must have a minimum of two years recovery. In order to complete the essential functions of this position the employee must be able to do the following with or without accommodations.

Work with adults with mental health and/or various addiction issues. Execute time management skills to deal with multiple duties and priorities and stay current with deadlines. Utilize supervision appropriately Communicate clearly verbally and in written format Apply motivational interviewing techniques when interacting with patients. Maintain confidential information. Complete documentation as outlined in Santé policies and procedures.
