Job Description

ONLY APPLY IF YOU ARE A LCSW LPC LMFT AND PROVIDE A LICENSED NUMBER BILINGUAL LICENSED MENTAL HEALTH PROFESSIONAL
Must Complete credentialing status within 90 days of contract. A Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP) job description includes assessing and diagnosing mental health conditions, providing individual and group therapy, conducting crisis interventions, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare providers. Key responsibilities also involve case management, community outreach, client advocacy, and maintaining accurate client records. The role requires knowledge of various mental health issues, evidence-based interventions, and compliance with professional ethics and regulations. Core responsibilities Client assessment and diagnosis: Conducting evaluations to identify and diagnose mental, emotional, and substance abuse disorders.
Treatment planning:
Developing and implementing treatment plans based on the client's needs.
Therapeutic services:
Providing individual and group therapy sessions to help clients develop coping mechanisms and reach therapeutic goals.
Crisis intervention:
Responding to and managing mental health crises.
Case management:
Coordinating services, monitoring client progress, and connecting clients with community resources. Additional duties
Collaboration:
Working with other professionals, such as doctors, social workers, and case managers, to coordinate care.
Advocacy:
Advocating for the needs of clients and the community.
Documentation:
Maintaining detailed and confidential client records and progress notes. All information must be entered in organization's EHR system.
Training:
Providing training to other staff members and participating in professional development.
Supervision:
Providing supervision monthly to QMHP-CS and CSSP Must have: Licensed in the State of Texas Must be bilingual Organization can work around any schedule
