Job Overview Grateful Heart Counseling is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Fully Licensed Counselor (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) to join our team who enjoys working with Teens, Adults and/or Couples. We are a private practice with locations in Justin and Denton, TX who values integrity, supporting our clinicians, and balancing work with our family lives.

https://www.gratefulheartcounseling.com/ This is a W2 position, we pay part of your taxes for you! We pay a flat rate for each session you hold so that your paychecks are steady and predictable. You get paid even if the insurance claim is denied. We value our Clinicians and want to provide them with a stable income. Come see what it's like to work in a positive and supportive environment! You are able to set your own work days and hours. No weekends or evenings are required. Being a small private practice allows us to keep a friendly, family-feel to our office. All of our clinicians enjoy working together and providing case consultation or support whenever needed! In order to help as many families in our community as we can, we are an insurance-based practice. Candidates must be fully licensed Clinicians who are eligible to be enrolled with insurance companies. Duties Conduct intake assessments to understand clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans. Provide counseling for individuals on your caseload (Minimum of 25 clients a week) following the interventions in their treatment plan. Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment plans. Respond to all forms of communication in a professional tone and timely manner. Stay informed about best practices in social work and counseling methodologies. Qualifications Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field. Must be fully licensed therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) in Texas. Experience in direct patient care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.
