This pivotal role involves overseeing clinical operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, and implementing evidence-based therapies to support individuals across various age groups. Duties Provide strategic leadership for all clinical programs, ensuring adherence to best practices and regulatory standards such as HIPAA and DFPS requirements. Prepare Treatment plans within the guidelines of DFPS and contracts requirements. Prepare, Plan and lead service plan meetings within contract guidelines, Must be able to do CANS assessments Supervise and mentor multidisciplinary teams including clinicians, therapists, case managers, and support staff to deliver comprehensive patient-centered care. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy, and crisis intervention techniques. Oversee intake assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and ongoing patient assessments to tailor interventions effectively . Coordinate with families, schools, community agencies, and healthcare providers to facilitate integrated care plans and promote positive outcomes. Ensure accurate documentation of medical records, progress notes, and treatment data in compliance with HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards. Lead clinical research initiatives and data collection efforts to evaluate program effectiveness and contribute to evidence-based practices in behavioral health. Manage crisis situations with expertise in crisis management strategies for individuals experiencing acute mental health or behavioral crises. Facilitate group therapy sessions, child & family counseling, and specialized interventions for individuals with autism or disabilities. Master's degree or higher in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field; licensure required (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT). Extensive experience working with children with IDD, Emotional Disorders and Autism Spectrum Disorders. Proven expertise in motivational interviewing, crisis intervention, trauma-informed care (including PTSD), and working within residential settings. Demonstrated ability to lead clinical teams effectively while fostering a collaborative environment focused on excellent trauma informed care. Familiarity with special education practices and working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Excellent communication skills for engaging Permanency teams, families, community partners, and multidisciplinary team members. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of quality in documentation and patient care.
