Burke's Nacogdoches Mental Health Clinic About the Role Burke is seeking a Mental Health Clinician to provide direct rehabilitative services to individuals with chronic mental illness in both office and community/home settings. This role supports clients across Nacogdoches, San Augustine, and Shelby Counties and plays a key part in delivering high-quality, person-centered behavioral health services. What You'll Do Provide direct care rehabilitative services in office and community settings Deliver services based on individualized rehabilitation plans Maintain compliance with Medicaid and agency standards Complete timely and accurate documentation Travel within the service area to meet client needs Collaborate with clinical team members under the supervision of the Clinical Coordinator Support individuals with chronic mental illness in achieving treatment goals
What We're Looking For Required:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Sociology, Human Development, or related Human Services field meeting QMHP requirements Valid Texas driver's license Reliable personal vehicle and ability to travel within the service area Ability to complete SAMA, CPR, First Aid, and Defensive Driving training Insurable driving record
Preferred:
6+ months of direct care experience in behavioral health or educational settings Knowledge of growth and development Familiarity with DSM-IV diagnostic criteria LBSW certification Key Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Time management and organizational abilities Flexibility and self-discipline Documentation accuracy and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Work Schedule Monday-Friday, generally 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Occasional after-hours work may be required
Compensation & Benefits Salary:
$42,120 - $43,555 annually (based on qualifications and experience) Travel reimbursement provided Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Prolonged standing, walking, and driving Manual dexterity, vision, hearing, and communication abilities Why Burke?
