Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Therapist (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW, Associates will be considered) to join our growing practice. This position is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about helping clients through life's challenges and committed to providing high-quality, client-centered care. As a member of our team, you'll have the flexibility to manage your own caseload and work independently within a supportive network of like-minded professionals. This role requires providing face-to-face therapy in our office, and is not a remote or virtual position.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy, tailored to needs and goals of each client
  • Conduct intake assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards
  • Collaborate with other clinicians as needed for referrals or consultations
  • Attend periodic team meetings and trainings to foster a collaborative practice culture
  • Keep up-to-date with best practices in the field through ongoing professional development
Qualifications:
  • Active licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas
  • Clinical experience preferred, though not required
  • Expertise in one or more areas, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, couples counseling, or family therapy, is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to building positive client relationships
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay organized

Pay:
$35
  • 50 per hour.
Compensation will be determined by experience, qualifications, individual performance and licensure.
