Licensed Therapist Associate (LPC-A, LMFT-A, LMSW)
Location:

Annual Compensation:
$59,000 - $67,000 $2,500 Sign-On Bonus Next STEPS Worldwide is a premier outpatient clinic offering comprehensive psychological, therapeutic, and nutrition services to clients across the lifespan. With 30 locations and continued expansion throughout Texas, we are committed to excellence in client care through a collaborative, multidisciplinary, and holistic approach.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A, LMFT-A, LMSW) to join our San Antonio, TX team. This position offers an exceptional opportunity to work alongside a dynamic group of psychologists, therapists, and registered dietitians in a supportive and professionally enriching environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct individual and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices. Perform clinical assessments, diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans. Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings and treatment planning. Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation. Demonstrate a commitment to the highest standards of ethical and professional conduct. Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary team members to optimize client outcomes.
Qualifications:
Active licensure as an LPC-Associate, LMFT-Associate, or LMSW in the State of Texas. Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. Prior clinical experience including crisis intervention, individual, and group therapy. Thorough understanding of confidentiality standards, state regulations, and clinical protocols. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. A demonstrated passion for working within a client-centered, team-based clinical setting. Spanish-speaking candidates are highly valued and strongly encouraged to apply.
Compensation and Benefits:
Annual based salary with monthly and quarterly bonus eligibility $2,500 Signing Bonus. Paid Time Off (PTO), Paid Holidays, and Paid Orientation/Training. Monthly performance-based bonuses.
