https://www.eatingdisordersolutions.com/ What You'll Do As a Residential Therapist, you will play a vital role in guiding clients through their recovery journey by providing individual, group, and family therapy within a structured residential treatment setting. Primary Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions Facilitate psychoeducational and process groups utilizing evidence-based approaches Collaborate closely with psychiatry, nursing, dietary, recovery support, and case management teams Monitor client progress and adjust treatment goals as clinically appropriate Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in the EMR Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings Respond appropriately to clinical crises and support client stabilization Deliver culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and recovery-oriented care Participate in clinical supervision, consultation, and ongoing professional development What We're Looking For Active Texas licensure or associate-level licensure in one of the following: LPC or LPC-Associate LMFT or LMFT-Associate LCSW or LMSW Licensed Psychologist Master's or Doctoral degree in a behavioral health field Strong interpersonal, clinical, and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team Preferred Experience Experience treating eating disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions Previous work in residential, PHP, or IOP treatment settings Familiarity with trauma-informed and evidence-based therapeutic modalities Experience facilitating therapeutic groups Knowledge of EMR systems and clinical documentation standards Why Join Eating Disorder Solutions?
