We're seeking to appoint a Licensed Therapist, with strong mental health focus and experience, to engage with clients in our residential program in both group and individual therapy settings.

Responsibilities/Duties:

The role will be primarily responsible for facilitating groups and providing individual therapy and will have the reward of seeing clients progress in their treatment plans and in their recovery. The role will be based out of our American Fork residential location. The role is full time working 40 hours per week.

Liberty Addiction Recovery Centers is committed to lengthening the runway of support for our clients and those in recovery. We provide Joint Commission accredited inpatient and outpatient treatment, and have access to over 90 beds in licensed sober living homes. We prioritize client support and case management particularly in the early months of outpatient and have a culture of caring and support for our clients, knowing how challenging the battle with recovery can be.

Specific job duties:

Facilitate groups following our established curriculum Conduct individual therapy sessions Be genuinely concerned about client welfare, and be proactive in assisting and supporting them through their challenging times Complete individual progress notes within 24-hours of session Follow established curriculum and assist with ongoing development Keep licensure in good standing & complete CEU's as required Maintain total compliance with all HIPAA Guidelines. Skills, Knowledge, and/or

Abilities:

Experience in counselling clients with primary mental health diagnosis with secondary diagnosis of SUD Empathetic & patient, able to connect with and progress clients Help clients problem solve & work through challenges to stay in recovery Strong engagement and presentation skills Strong communication skills with good listening and speaking abilities, able to preserve healthy group environments and direct clients as required. Ability to maintain appropriate boundaries with clients and staff Ability to maintain confidentiality of clients. Strong computer ability and familiarity with EMR systems

Work Experience :

Ideally 2-3 years experience, however suitable candidates with less experience are invited to apply

Minimum Qualifications :

CSW or LCSW or ACMHC or CMHC or LMFT Can work under licensed supervision Commitment & Reimbursement Single location in American Fork Full time Up to $300 a month health insurance reimbursement Up to $300 pa for CEU reimbursement costs (pro-rata for part-time) Up to $200 pa for license renewal fee reimbursement (pro-rata for part-time)

Pay:

$65,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
