Therapist - Substance Use

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in substance use, behavioral therapy, group therapy, and more. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on individuals' mental health and well-being.

Duties:

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions
• Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess clients' needs
• Implement various therapeutic techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy
• Offer addiction medicine support and mental health counseling
• Utilize medical terminology effectively in client interactions
• Stay current with industry treads and best practices in healthcare management with includes ASAM.

Skills:

• Proficiency in crisis management strategies
• Strong background in behavioral therapy methods
• Experience in conducting group therapy sessions
• Knowledge of cognitive behavioral therapy techniques
• Ability to perform diagnostic evaluations accurately
• Familiarity with addiction medicine practices
• Competence in individual and group counseling
