• Full-time Salt Lake Behavioral Health is currently seeking a compassionate and talented full-time program Clinical Therapist (Rehab Unit) to join our team.

Unit:

REHAB UNIT

As part of the social services team, you will: Conducts psychosocial assessments, ASAM's and health disparities form for new admissions. Prioritize daily tasks including new admissions and discharging patients along with seeing patients on given case load. Provide daily individual therapy along with psychoeducational groups. Educate, communicate and coordinate discharge plans with patient's families and support systems. Work collaboratively with the treatment team, families, community resources, and other healthcare providers. Complete documentation in a timely manner according to the given standards of the hospital. Education:

Master's Degree from an accredited college or university, in social work or a clinical related mental health field required.

License:

CSW, LCSW, ACMHC, CMHC, AMFT, LMFT

with the

State of Utah Certifications:

EMDR certified required

Experience:

Experience working with trauma and substance use preferred

Additional Requirements:

CPR certification is required. You will need to successfully complete our current training for restraints and seclusions. This training will need to be done prior to assisting in any patient restraints or seclusions and within 90 days of employment.
