Position Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Mental Health Therapist or Intern to join our growing team. This role involves providing one-on-one and group therapy sessions, developing personalized treatment plans, and supporting clients in achieving their mental health goals. Our office is located in South Jordan.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct individual therapy sessions. Assess clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans. Utilize techniques such as mindfulness, emotional regulation, and communication strategies. Maintain accurate and confidential client records. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care. Participate in regular supervision and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

Master's degree (or currently enrolled in a graduate program) in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. Licensed or in the process of obtaining licensure (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, etc.) preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Commitment to ethical practice and confidentiality.
