We are a growing mental health practice seeking a compassionate, collaborative, and motivated Mental Health Counselor to join our team in Fredericksburg, VA. About the Role The Mental Health Counselor will provide women, children, couples, and/or family counseling services while maintaining a manageable caseload and delivering high-quality clinical care. Clinicians will conduct intake assessments, develop collaborative treatment plans, document sessions in a timely manner, and coordinate care. This role is ideal for someone who values autonomy but also enjoys building meaningful therapeutic relationships, and wants to be a part of a supportive and mission-driven practice.
