Through a combination of behavioral health services, community-based programming, and outpatient care, we provide a holistic, trauma-informed approach to care. We are seeking a passionate and driven Behavioral Health & Engagement Supervisor to help lead and expand our impact across the community. Position Overview The Behavioral Health & Engagement Supervisor plays a key leadership role in supporting the growth, coordination, and quality of Quality of Life's behavioral health services while strengthening community partnerships that expand access to care. This role combines program leadership, community engagement, and staff supervision to ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based services, while connecting youth and families to the most appropriate supports across our ecosystem. We are seeking a dynamic Behavioral Health & Engagement Supervisor to lead our clinical team in delivering exceptional behavioral health services. This role involves overseeing patient care, supervising staff, and ensuring the delivery of evidence-based interventions such as motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, and applied behavior analysis. The supervisor will play a vital role in promoting a positive, supportive environment that empowers clients and their families to achieve their goals. Core Responsibilities Program Leadership Support oversight of IIH, Mental Health Skill Building, and Specialized Supportive Services Monitor caseloads, referrals, and service quality Support staff and ensure compliance with DBHDS standards Community Engagement & Referral Development Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners (schools, probation officers, court service units, counselors, and social workers) Conduct outreach meetings and presentations to increase awareness of services Strengthen and sustain referral pipelines to support program growth Maintain consistent communication with community partners Professional Learning & Community Education Lead professional learning sessions and workshops in the community and at Quality of Life locations Facilitate trainings on topics such as trauma-informed care, restorative practices, youth mental wellness, and family engagement Staff Support Assist with hiring, onboarding, and staff development Provide guidance on documentation and service delivery Support ongoing staff training and professional development Clinical Role Maintain a small outpatient caseload (10-12 sessions/week) Complete clinical documentation Qualifications Licensed or license-eligible clinicians (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) Experience in behavioral health services (IIH, Skill Building, TDT, and Outpatient) Strong understanding of DBHDS services and compliance standards Experience in community engagement and partnership development Leadership or supervisory experience Bachelor's or Master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling or related field; licensure preferred. Strong knowledge of motivational interviewing techniques, crisis management, and behavioral management strategies. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise staff effectively while maintaining a positive team culture. Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and compassion while adhering to confidentiality standards.
