Key Responsibilities:

Provide counseling through individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy. Complete clinical assessments and treatment plans. Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with ethical standards. Participate in peer supervision, clinical team meetings, and continuing education. Contribute to outreach, educational offerings, and fundraising events that support the mission of FLRC. Residents can receive clinical supervision from a qualified licensed professional and support as they progress toward licensure.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

For Licensed Counselors (LCSW or LPC): Holds an active license in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Demonstrates clinical excellence and a strong ethical foundation. Committed to integrating spirituality into clinical practice in respectful, inclusive, and meaningful ways. For Residents (LPC-R or LCSW-R): Holds a Master's degree in Counseling or Social Work and is registered with the Virginia Board of Counseling or Social Work as a resident. Open to supervision and mentoring in professional counseling skills. Desires to grow within a team that values both spiritual maturity and clinical development.
